  how do i restrict only certain countries can read my blog? if i cant with a public blog, how do i remove follower if i switch to private?

  The only way to control who follows your blog is by setting the visibility setting to private and leaving it there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  After you change the blog visibility setting to private Staff can remove the follower for you. Post the email address of the follower you want to remove here and the software will redact it (hide it). That means you and I cannot see it but Staff can see it.
