  Is it possible to upload your own purchased theme on wordpress business plan ?

  Is it possible to upload your own purchased theme on wordpress business plan ?

  It isn’t possible to upload third-party themes to WordPress.com sites, on any plan, but with WordPress.com Business you can use any of the themes in the WordPress.com theme showcase (including premium themes) at no extra cost.

  Is it possible to create multilingual site in wordpress business plan ?

  The WordPress.com Premium and Business plans currently do not have any additional features related to multilingual sites. For any site at WordPress.com, I’d recommend looking at some of the suggestions in our guide to Set Up a Multilingual Blog.
