  Why was I charged for domain mapping if my domain is registered elsewhere and my site is now self-hosted?

  And how do I make sure no further charges are made to my account?

  It looks like somehow autorenew for that upgrade was not turned off. I have turned it off and canceled the upgrade.

  I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
