Question about access to a company blog set up by an employee

Our blog was set up by a former employee. It has functioned fine for the last 7 months but is now suddenly offline. She is not responding to our requests for assistance – how can we get access to our company blog?
We accessed the blog through blog.suburbanmomma.com
My username is themomma.
I can be contacted at (email visible only to moderators and staff)
(the blog below in the blog URL field is not the blog I am trying to find)

You may think this is your company blog, howerver, blogs belong to the people who register them and not to anyone else. If you can contact the employee then there is a process for transferring the blog assuming she wishes to do that http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
