  Hello, I would like to inquire about which banks accept linking my website with in Turkey? Should my bank account be a business account?

  I’m not sure that I understand your question. Can you give us some more information about the problem you are trying to solve? What aspect of your site plans for badreddinalahmar.wordpress.com will require linking to a bank?
