  Is it possible to get stats for the number of people who subscribe to your RSS feeds?

  Not anymore; feed stats were retired a couple of months ago as they were fairly inaccurate. If you want them, your best option is to use a Feedburner link on your blog instead. There’s an FAQ which can help you set it up.

  What you get on the blog stats page is page views. If a visitor comes to your site, that is 1 page view. If they click on 3 posts while they are there, you would get 4 page views.
