question about blog transfer

  Hi,

  If I change my blog (e.g user1.wordpress.com) to a new user (e.g user2), will the new address be user2.wordpress.com ???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes but you can transfer a blog from one username to another if you want. You do not need to create a new account for another blog though. You can under your username make as many blogs with as many names as you want as long as they have a purpose.
