Question about buying Premium Theme

Hello, I just have a quick question. I’m new to having a site so I apologize if this is a dumb question. I want to purchase a premium theme, but I’m not signed up on a web hosting site. I did purchase a domain through WP but that’s it. Will I need to do any hosting or does WP offer free hosting when you purchase a wp theme. Thank you in advance for all the help!

No you do not have to hire a web host and move your content to a wordpress.org blog. The only themes we can use on free hosted wordpress.com blogs include some premium themes and they are found here > Appearance > Themes or in the Themes Showcase http://theme.wordpress.com/
