Question about categories within posts.

On two of my blogs, categories and tags within posts when clicked list all the posts in my blog with that category or tag.
On two others, they link to a default list for all of WordPress. I would prefer it to link the way it does on my other two – within my site. Is there a way to fix this? I tried applying the same theme from one of the ones that “work” to one of the ones that doesn’t and it didn’t fix it, so I’m assuming it’s not the theme. But honestly, I have no idea.

On blogs at wordpress.COM to have them link within your site, you have to block search engines at settings > privacy. As long as you have search engines allowed, you tags and categories in the post area will link to the wordpress.COM global tags pages.
Are the other two blogs set to block search engines at settings > privacy, or are they perhaps self-hosted on a third-party hosting service such as godaddy?

That did it! All mine are hosted via WordPress.com, two were set to private and the two in question were in fact open to search engines.
