Question about changing domain name to one I own

    I currently have a blog that includes the wordpress.com in the url. I now own a url that I think I would like to use for my blog url, but want to know what I need to do to change my current url to a new url. Will my content on my blog remain the same or move to the new url? Also, if I change my mind at any time, can I revert back to my wordpress.com url? I still want to be hosted on the wordpress.com platform.
