Question about delete date display website in google

  Dear all everyone.
  I have this question very looking forward to your help.
  Recently I have set up a wordpress website whose address is: https://internetvietnam.net

  When searching the website on google, always display the date of the article below.
  I do not want google to display the posting date, what should I do?
