Question about deleting a blog

    I searched for this topic & I’m not finding the answer I’m looking for.

    I started this blog a while ago: http://amygg.wordpress.com/ Under that same profile (the amygg profile) I created this blog a week or so ago: http://momof2princesses.wordpress.com/

    I no longer want the amygg blog. If I delete that one, will it delete my momof2princesses blog?

    The reason I ask, is because when I use the amygg nickname, it brings everyone to my Sims blog, instead of my other blog. I’ve changed my primary blog (in my profile) to the momof2princesses blog, but everything still comes up under the Sims one.

    Does any of this make sense? Thanks in advanced if you can help me!

    Hi, I have the same question- just created a blog that is now redundant, but want to maintain and continue with the original blog.

    How do i delete the new blog which i now longer want?

    You should be OK deleting the blog through your dashboard. You’ll get an email with a link to click if you’re REALLY sure you want to delete it. That particular subdomain name will be gone forever and you won’t be able to get it back. My suggestion is to make it private in your dashboard and use it as a test bed. Try out new themes on it. Or put private writing in it. Try out new code in it. That way, your public blog is production and you don’t screw it up trying something new.
