Question about domain changing

    If I were to purchase a domain using the personal plan, what would happen to all of the previous domains with ‘wordpress’ in them? If I were to click on my old domain would it take me to my new site?

    Hi there!

    If you register a custom domain, it will become your primary address. That means that the old, .wordpress.com subdomain will stay the secondary one, redirecting anyone who visits it to the new address.
    That said, nobody will be able to see the old address anymore but even if they go to that one, they will access your site with the new address.
