Question about Domain Configuaration.

I purchased a Custom domain (I already own my own domain) and changed the NameServers as per the instructions.
Now if I navigate to dcroe.com it gets forwarded to my WordPress.com blog. But if I navigate to http://www.dcroe.com it doesn’t.
In order to fix this do I need to configure something here on WordPress.com, or is this something I need to change with my domain registrar?

I just visited http://www.dcroe.com and was directed to your new WordPress.com website.
Domain changes usually take several hours to fully take effect (and theoretically can take up to 72 hours). I’d recommend checking back! You can also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Instructions can be found here:
If it’s still not working 24 hours from now, simply reply back and let me know. I’m happy to investigate further.

Thanks for your response. I got the situation cleared this morning, and hadn’t had a change to come back here and post a follow up.
The error was with my domain registrar (and ex-webhost). They had messed something up with the nameservers, and submitted their corrections a couple of days after I had changed them, so it took an extra couple of days to resolve.
