Question about exported content

  Hello, i have a question about 3 elements that i can not really identifiy when it comes to the export of a blog as a whole. Well I’m german, but that shouldnt be the problem because I have the same problem in the german interface. I know what posts, pages, tags etc are, but can someone please explain what these are:

  – custom fields
  – navigation menus
  – custom posts

  I definitely need a detailed description of these, if there is a viable link with explanations, I would totally go with that ! I need to know that because I want to analyze possible things that cause problems with the backup. Thanks in advance.

  Hi there,

  I am not 100% sure what each of these terms mean in regards to our export function, so I have put this in front of our developers who work on our export feature. As soon as I have any information, I will let you know!

  Hiya,

  After discussing this with our developers, I can tell you that there isn’t anything which can be exported other than what our controls allow.

  Generally, I can tell you that all of these terms are just the details of a blog export. They indicate that our exports include features like the Portfolio post types, etc. I’m afraid I can’t give any additional details.
