  In Fadtastic, no. In almost all other themes, yes.

  Thank you Adam, could I have a static front page and have the posts separate, so there were more on the page if that makes sense.

  You can have a static front, but you won’t gain much. Again you’ll only have the beginnings of posts if you set a posts page or if you use the categories widget.
