Question about few plugins

  Hello, I have few questions about plugins. Firstly I need a plugin, basically when customer goes on the website, there should be a field, where he can click on options and then should be a form after several options to recieve a personal offer on mail. Then I need a calculator that shows to a customer how much money he could save with a heat pump.
