Question about indentation
-
Hi. I am trying to put a poem into a post. I want 2 lines to be indented, not as a blockquote but via the tab arrow. However, tabbing moves the entire poem to the right. I want just 2 lines moved. If I try to isolate the 2 lines, I can only do it by adding line spaces, but I don’t want extra line spaces. This must be solvable, but I’ve given up.
Can anyone help?
Thanks!
David

I recommend that you try using the classic editor found at Dashboard > Posts > All Posts to create posts.
http://davidderrick.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
Then please see http://en.support.wordpress.com/advanced-html/ and specifically see https://en.support.wordpress.com/advanced-html/#preformatted-text

Thanks, tt. I will try all this soon (though I was already using the classic editor).
