Question about making affiliate web

  From the term & condition of wordpress.com, I can’t create affiliate website using wordpress. And here my questions:

  1) Can I use wordpress.org, download it and install it to create affiliate website?
  2) Is there any other ways of creating affiliate website without breaking the rule of wordpress?

  1) You don’t “use” wordpress.org. It’s not a hosting service like wordpress.com. You can download the free software from wordpress.org, install it and a theme on your own paid-for host and do pretty much anything you’d like.

  2) No. Moving to another host is the only option, since you can’t have an affiliate website on wordpress.com. As for a free alternative, I don’t know if blogger would allow it, but they seem to tolerate just about anything.
