Question about non working images at product page

    Hello,
    For my question i get the following copied answer; “For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.”
    How do i contact the author directly because i cannot find something anywhere. Everything leads me to the forum.

    Hello there, it seems that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but a self-hosted site using the open source WordPress software.
