Question about Polls

I saw a lot of threads on polls and it seems ‘luckypolls’ is supported. I’m not all that familiar with what javascript is but I read in a thread that wordpress doesn’t supported it here and that html is supported. Is ALL html supported though? This poll generates an html code and I was wondering if anyone is familiar with it? Thanks so much. :) http://pollcode.com/

I tested it out and it shows the layout but it doesn’t give the option to vote:

But it does at the bottom of the page give the code for the link that will allow your visitors to take the poll on another page:

    weirdscience,

to answer your question, no, wordpress.com doesn’t support quite a few html tags – <form> tag is one of them. the polling service you were referring to utilized form tags.

here is the code from a fun poll
    <form method=post action="http://poll.pollcode.com/mwP"><table border=0 width=150 bgcolor="EEEEEE" cellspacing=0 cellpadding=2><tr><td colspan=2><font face="Verdana" size=-1 color="Black"><b>How are you?</b></font></td></tr><tr><td width=5><input type=radio name=answer value="1"></td><td><font face="Verdana" size=-1 color="Black">Ok</font></td></tr><tr><td width=5><input type=radio name=answer value="2"></td><td><font face="Verdana" size=-1 color="Black">None of your business</font></td></tr><tr><td colspan=2><center><input type=submit value="Vote">&nbsp;&nbsp;<input type=submit name=view value="View"></center></td></tr><tr><td bgcolor="white" colspan=2 align=right><font face="Verdana" size=-2 color="black">pollcode.com <a href=http://pollcode.com/><font color="navy">free polls</font></a></font></td></tr></table></form>

as nosy has pointed out, there’s an option to take the poll in their site. and you get that code below the first code.

    hope this helps :D
