question about possible two accounts

  Yesterday I started building a site with email (email visible only to moderators and staff). I had forgotten about this site account that I am responding with. It is confusing evidently what I am looking for is with another service Jetpak? I logged into WordPress with the same email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) with a password that was not used with this initial account yet it took me to this 2017 account. I am pleased to have found the original account, but how do I find what I purchased for 35 dollars yesterday and did a lot of work on? thank you
