What you’ll get with this upgrade
The included domain credit lets you add a custom domain to your blog (so ‘wordpress.com’ won’t be part of your blog’s address).
Upload HD videos directly to your blog with VideoPress. No ads, no time limits, no watermarks — just your video.
Choose custom fonts and colors with Custom Design, or go under the hood with the CSS editor.
The No Ads upgrade makes sure ads will never show up on your blog.
Extra 10GB of storage space will give you ample room for images, audio and video. http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/pro-bundle/ -
The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like your blog are the themes found here http://wordpress.com/themes/
There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot:
upload any third party themes,
create child themes,
create our own themes,
edit templates,
create our own layouts;
or use stylesheets from other themes.http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can create themes, upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database, etc. Learn about the differences here. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Thank you for the help. Here is the deal. I purchased the $68 Nexus theme, the .com $30 private site, the $99 Premium theme. I assumed the Premium theme would be included as a link seemed to imply it was included. The name “Premium” is confusing to the consumer because one assumes a Premium Theme goes hand in hand with a Premium priced site. I don’t know. I do know that I still want the Nexus. I cancelled the Nexus $68 charge because I thought I already had it. Is it too late to undo the refund? I still want it. I need some help loading it to my blog. I couldn’t see it load when I had it and that is why I cancelled the $68 charge in the first place. Does the .com impact the loading of the Nexus theme?

Hi the link you gave me above http://wordpress.com/themes/
includes Nexus in the list. This is why I assumed my premium price included the Nexus theme. Thank you.
-
P.S. This private site stuff will not do. Post that exact URL for the exact blog in question please.

I was pasting the link that you gave me above to show you that it lists the Nexus as an option for the Premium which I paid. I am confused. Sorry for this confusion. the link implies that the Premium price includes the Nexus. It is in that link you gave to me above. that’s why I asked the question.
-
I’m sorry if I confused you.
Staff need to know the URL of the blog and the username account.
Is this the URL of the blog you purchased the upgrade for or not?

If it isn’t the correct URL then post the correct one for Staff please. -

Your Nexus theme payment has been refunded. You will need to repurchase the Nexus theme if you would like to use it.
