Question about "Premium Plan"

  Hi WordPress Staff,

  Am currently being billed for a space upgrade, which includes embedded audio and video support (which was the reason for it). My question though is this: If I were to purchase the Premium Plan, would I need the Space Upgrade, or would that be redundant?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  If you upgrade to Premium, that will replace your current space upgrade as Premium already includes 10GB extra storage space. The space upgrade will be removed automatically, and you should also receive an automatic discount on the Premium Plan when you purchase it.

  Hello, I was wondering if an online shop is included in the premium plan or if the business plan is the only one that has an online shop option.

  But since the question was asked: What *is* an online shop. as opposed to the “Add Payment” button?

  The simple payment button in Premium and Business is just that – a button you can add to allow someone to pay you via PayPal for a single product/service. You can add multiple buttons to your site, but each time someone clicks the button it will be a single, immediate transaction.

  An online store, like you can set up with the WooCommerce plugin on the Business Plan, lets you create an entire storefront on your site containing multiple products. People can then browse your site and add products to their cart as they do. Once they’re done, they can visit checkout and pay for all the items in a single transaction. WooCommerce also allows you to set VAT and other taxes on products if necessary, have various shipping options to add shipping costs at checkout, do stock management, use a variety of payment options, etc.

  So if you’re for example, an author and you just want an easy way to sell your e-book via your blog, the simple payment button is the way to go.

  But if you are an entrepreneur who wants to take your business online, then you’d need a fully integrated online store.
