Question about refund of personal plan

I bought the personal plan but decided it wasn’t for me so I requested a refund, problem is I bought it through paypal and selected my Visa salary packaging card as the payment source. So when the refund came through it’s attempted to go back into the salary packaging card however this card doesn’t accept refunds. Is the money just gone?
I’ll enquire with my bank also, but figured someone might know what happens in these situations does WordPress end up with the money or would the bank? I mean it has to go somewhere right?

Also what’s the best way to look at getting access to the domain gamingdetour.com again as I grabbed it as part of the plan. I was going to purchase the domain from a different place instead of WordPress.com

We can only issue refunds to the same payment method used for a purchase, therefore only your bank can help you with that.
Regarding your domain, since you canceled it on the same day you registered it, it will be released and be available for registration again in about a week.
