  Is there a way for me to delete my current content and relaunch my current account by changing my url and rebranding the site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can certainly empty site, change url, and rebrand by switching to a different theme.

  If you are relaunching” with a different URL – then easiest is to register a new blog URL (more than one blog is permitted per account) – set the old blog to “Private” and that will keep everyone out ( Dashboard >> Settings >> Read >> Visible to only those I choose )

  then the old content and URL are still there should you want to use either one
