Question about removing business website that I do not have access to
-
I apologize if this is not the right place for this but I believe the website is a WordPress site and I didn’t know where to turn for advice on this.
Our business has a website that we created due to numerous problems–outdated appearance, missing information, and tagline that it is a subsidiary of another veterinary clinic– with the old website. Problem is that the initial creator of the old website is out of business, and not responding to any communication. The seller of the veterinary clinic supposedly doesn’t have the login information or any way to access or edit the old site. I’m working on search engine optimization but the old site is still beating our new one, and its a problem because the seller essentially has a link to his other clinic on the old website and thus is essentially advertising his business on our clinic’s old website that we can’t seem to take down. Is there any way to delete the old website that we don’t have access to?
Again, sincerest apologies if this is the wrong place.
