Question about rss

Good afternoon,
One of my sites had over a thousand subscribers via rss in wordpress.com
Since I no longer had access to the email, I changed to another one and confirmed the email. And what happened?
All the subscribers went to 0.
I understand that I must return the old email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)), which I can not because google banned my old email.
What can you tell me? Do you have any ideas?

It used to be one site, now I’ve changed the data to another to this one and changed the email.
and immediately I had zero subscribers on rss. Is there any way to solve this problem and get all the feed subscribers back? -

Ok can you remember the name of the site created with WordPress.com?
The reason why I ask is because, it looks like https://thebiggerlovers.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress site with stackpathdns.net, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If there were a site on WordPress.com it would be considered separated to a site hosted with another provider.

I used to have RSS subscribers on help4all.pw and I had an account on wordpress.com (I didn’t change the nickname – laurajwarden77).
Now I started a new project – a new website and I would like to use my old account on wordpress.com
So I changed my email. But now my rss subscribers are all gone somewhere. That’s the reason. I can not return the old mail as I do not use it for a long time and it was banned. -
