Question about RSS linking

In my Widgets I have an RSS link widget which is now on my site and which says – Subscribe to posts
http://mytardisyears.wordpress.com/however I noticed on another site
http://tottenhamonmymind.wordpress.com/
that his link opens up a choice of six RSS readers and says – Subscribe to this blogWhere do I find that option to add that to my site?

I believe this may be what you are looking for.
The RSS Links Widget allows you to easily add links to your blog’s post and comment RSS feeds in your sidebar. I believe that’s built into the theme.
You are correct, the popup RSS links functionality is built into the iNove theme.
