question about sharing my posts

Once I post my blog, and it brings me to the actual blog that is public, is it okay that I hit the litlte “f” to share with my facebook friends? I only share using that one because I do not fully know all of your rules yet. Is it okay if I also share my blog, from my public blog post, using the little buttons for g+, and other ones, too, or is that illegal? I only use facebook, because that is how I am set up an it automatically posts to my facebook. Just like it posts to facebook automatically, is there a way that my posts can come up in all of my other buttons automatically, too, so I don’t have to click on them individually? Thank you. :)
