Question about site url

  Hello,
  Our site has reverted from sdblb.org –> sdblb.wpcomstaging.com
  Is that due to the fact that we haven’t paid an annual membership yet (for the 3rd year)?
  Also, members can’t login to their accounts (Ultimate Member plugin).
  Is there a problem in the site domain?
  Would those problems be resolved after upgrading to Business Plan? Can we chose a Personal / Premium plan, since we do not wish to install new plugins, and we don’t need a lot of storage?
  And the address sdblb.org will return?

  Hi there:

  You can’t use any plugins on a Premium or Personal plan as your site would be reverted to its state before you upgraded to Business.

  Since it sounds like you need to use plugins due to the Ultimate Member plugin), the only way to fix this is to repurchase a Business subscription.

  That should also restore your domain as the primary for your site. If you have trouble after repurchasing Business, you’ll have access to priority email support and if you select an annual plan, you’ll also have live chat support. You can reach that support after repurchasing that plan here:
