Question about switching blog content from one site to the other

    Hello- so I started one blog I named the dornwoodchronicles, but no have a better idea of what I want my site to be like. So I created northcountrychic. What I want is to either move all the content come the dornwood site, over to north country site, or simply switch the domane names. I know I can change the dornwood name, but I don’t want to loose it, as my daughter is going to take over that site- dornwood is a speacial name to us so i want to still have it. Any help would be great. And I hope this makes sense…… I’m new at all this so. To quite sure how to explain it. Thank you so much in advance!
