Question about templates

It’s not a problem, but a question of availability. I’m thinking of starting a Japanese-language blog, and I see that Japanese WordPress is available. (I’m fluent in Japanese.)
What I had in mind was an Instapundit-type site, which is also powered by WordPress. The format he uses allows separate links for multiple posts within a single date. Is that template available in Japanese, and if so, what are the conditions for use, if any?

If so, I recommend you ask at http://wordpress.org/support since you will be using the free WordPress.org software.The following answers refers to blogs hosted on WordPress.com.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

I can’t recall a theme that look specifically like that, but please browse our theme collection – you may find something that matches what you want.You can also use the custom design upgrade to further customize any theme using css
