Question about the d/l at wordpress.org

  This may be the wrong place to post this and I am sorry if it is.

  I was wondering if I can use the wordpress zip file I d/led off of wordpress.org on a website hosted on weebly?

  If not how hard is it to install it on a website hosted at go daddy?
