  If we purchase a domain name would we be allowed to use javascript and html code on the blog? What would we have to pay for in order to get the ability to use Javascript and HTML code on our blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No upgrade will let you do that – you need to get a WordPress.ORG install and your own host
