Question about the editor on the blog post page

When I look at the tips on writing blogs it shows the editing options to contain two rows of tools. On the second row are tools like font, paragraph, ect… In my posting screen the second line is not displayed. How do I change font and access the other tools?

To display the second row, hit the icon to the far right of the first row.
