Question about the refund policy

    Hi,

I’m looking to move my website and e-commerce platform to WordPress/WooCommerce. However, I have looked at moving it elsewhere in the past only to find that the integration with my current systems (Square Register & SagePay with Xero as a bonus) don’t work the way that I need them to.

It appears that you do not offer free trails but you do offer a refund policy if I am not satisfied. I’d like to check that, should I activate one of your plans:

    1) I can install WooCommerce and have it integrate with Square Register
    2) I can set up SagePay as my payment gateway (I already have an account with them)
    3) Once I have all of this set up, if it does not work out, I can get a full refund.

The reason that I am asking is that it appears that there are extra charges for some of the above and I don’t want to have to pay out to just test the system.

I really appreciate your help with all of this. Thanks in advance.

  • Howdy –

    1) I can install WooCommerce and have it integrate with Square Register

In order to use the WooCommerce plugin on the WordPress.com managed hosting environment we require that you purchase the business or ecommerce option. The business plan is cheaper and will work fine, so I’d start with that option. https://wordpress.com/pricing/ We do not throttle site speeds or have any extra or hidden fees. It is truly $300 per year and includes your domain fee, hosting, and 24/7 live chat support from our team. You can integrate Square on WooCommerce with out any trouble. I use Square on my own WooCommerce store for my farm.

    2) I can set up SagePay as my payment gateway (I already have an account with them)

Yep. Take a look here: https://woocommerce.com/products/sage-pay-form/

    3) Once I have all of this set up, if it does not work out, I can get a full refund.

Yes, everything is refundable for 30 days after purchase. I’d suggest setting this all up on a test environment before you connect the domain on the current, live site.

Happy to answer any other questions. Just write back here.

That’s great news. I will get all that started next week and see where it leads me.
