question about theme and domain

I registered a wordpress. I registered a domain through wordpress. Now I’m trying to use filezilla to upload a theme I like, but can’t. Any help on what I put for host, username, password, etc.?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot access a blog at wordpress.com via FTP. You can only access it via the dashboard that you log in to, either via wordpress.com or via username.word.press.com/wp-admin/ or via mydomain.com/wp-admin/.
You cannot upload an external theme. You can only sue the themes available at Appearance > Themes in your dashboard.

Sorry, that should have been ‘use the themes’, although some of them are so lousy you really would like to ‘sue’ them…
