The Personal plan says “Customize your selected theme template with pre-set color schemes, background designs, and font styles”.
The Premium and Business plans say “Customize your selected theme template with extended color schemes, background designs, and complete control over website CSS”.

AND, I am looking at Premium so what is “advanced” custom design….am I missing something here?

Okay apparently I am missing something or just plain dumb, but here is what I am looking at https://wordpress.com/pricing/ and if you look at the personal and premium plans one says custom design and the other says “advanced” custom design. What is the difference.
I currently have the basic custom design.
