Question about upgrading from Personal to Premium

  I am currently using the free plan and want to upgrade to the Personal for the $35.88 yearly.

  My question is, say I want to upgrade to Premium in a month. Do I pay an ADDITIONAL $99 next month, or is $35.88 deducted from that, or what?
