Question about WordPress Pro plan

  Hi, I have recently upgraded to WordPress Pro plan to test it, later I canceled my subscription within 14 days and received a refund. Right now I’m checking some alternatives.

  If I decide to upgrade to WordPress Pro again to test it further, will I be able to cancel it again within 14 days and receive a refund again if I choose to?

  Hi there,

  Any plan purchase you make on WordPress.com would be eligible for a refund, provided you cancel it within the refund period. It doesn’t matter if you’ve previously bought, cancelled and refunded a plan on the same site, as the next time you buy a plan it will be a completely new purchase.
