Question about wordpress.com premium package

  Hey Lauren, No problem — I took care of this for you. Because you purchased karmamamma.com on your laurenshow.wordpress.com Dashboard, it mapped them together.

  I transferred the new custom domain to karmamamma.wordpress.com/. You can now design and customize that site whenever you’d like!

  You can view all your upgrades my going to Store → My Upgrades.

  Thanks so much for resetting/connecting karmamamma so that I can design it! Greatly helpful!
  As for removing the wp video watermark, is there something additional I need to do? The CSS code didn’t seem to take.

  Hey there! I checked out your site and viewed the first several videos. It looks like your VideoPress watermark isn’t appearing on http://laurenshow.wordpress.com/. Can you confirm that this is working for you now? If it is not, could you send me a screenshot of any video that still displays a watermark on your site?

  In case you need a refresher, here’s a link about how to make a screenshot:

  Upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and let me know when I might access it.

  Hi Robyn,
  Thanks so much! It seems to have removed the watermark from the LaurenShow videos! I tried to do the same thing with Karma Mamma and it seems like I can’t edit the CSS without an upgrade. Is that the case for certain themes?

  The Custom Design upgrade goes per blog. You can read more about it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design

  Note that VideoPress allows you to add your own watermark/logo. Go to the ‘Overlay logo URL’ option at https://laurenshow.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-media.php

  If you prefer to have no logo at all I can try to create an empty logo image and set that for you.

  Thanks so much for getting back to me and sending this along. I was confused about editing/removing the watermark because in the Suits theme I can go right into the CSS editor and remove it and in the adelle theme, which I chose for Karma Mamma, there doesn’t seem to be an option to edit the CSS. Have I missed the place to do this?
  And, yes, I’d love to take you up on your offer to create an empty logo that I can use until I get my own.

  Your Karma Mamma blog doesn’t have the Custom Design upgrade (which allows you to edit CSS). The LaurenShow show does.

  Since you only have the VideoPress upgrade on LaurenShow, you can simply embed a video from there to any of your other sites. To do so, go to https://laurenshow.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php?post_mime_type=video and click on one of the videos to see the ‘Shortcode’. That shortcode can be embedded to posts or pages on any other WordPress.com blog.

  Thanks for getting back to me. I’m transferring everything over from laurenshow to karma mamma and would like the video upgrade to be for karma mamma, not laurenshow. Is there a way to switch it? If not do I cancel it and re buy it under karma mamma?
  I also received a bill today for $99 for the video upgrade and Robyn and I had confirmed that the total would be $79. Can you adjust it accordingly and confirm?

  I just checked the receipts in my wordpress store and the videopress upgrade still reflects the $99 price, instead of the $79. Can you send me a receipt so that I have a copy of the adjustment?
