Question Bank Glitches

    Hello, I recently had my virtual assistant duplicate all of my quiz questions to compile my final exam. There is two of each question (one for the initial quiz and one for the final exam). WordPress is glitching out and I cannot change the individual questions, as well as many of the original questions, answers, and question type have been completely wiped out leaving them blank. It was extremely labour intensive to do this in the first place (23 hours for 400+ questions) and this is a potentially catastrophic setback. How can I rectify this problem?
