the client shares his address, the provider shares his geographical location & his availability to provide the service.
my question is: does WordPress know to render such need, without the use of a back-end developer? -

my question is: does WordPress know to render such need, without the use of a back-end developer?From the get go – I wouldn’t say so. The reason being is that this kind of functionality comes down to the theme that’s in use.
It sounds like you’re looking to create a job posting theme, or a kind of directory listing theme – is that correct?
The reason why I ask is because, there are themes out there, built specifically with that in mind. The likes of these themes can be found in places like themeforest, for example: https://themeforest.net/category/wordpress?term=job%20board or https://themeforest.net/category/wordpress?term=job%20directory
The beauty of these kinds of theme, is that the theme developers support and update the plugin, and they can sometimes advise on best to make tweaks to the site from a development perspective – whereas a new developer would have to learn the theme first (potentially).
