question mark (?) in the footer…

  hi,
  I’ve done some chnages in the freshy footer.php and then tried to cancel them and get back to original php file – and I got a question mark “?” in the footer of my site.
  it’s in hebrew but you can see the ? at the bottom.

  how do I fix it?
