Question of framework of site.

    Intending to revamp a website for a organization but I am not a technically inclined person. Thus, need some help on the basics.

    The make use of wordpress to update their website and I was wondering how can I add the flash global navigation bar on top. I know how to program it in flash and link it to different pages but not really sure how to implement it into wordpress.

    Any suggestion? Do I need to make use of CSS, thus, need to purchase an upgrade?

    Flash is not permitted here at WordPress.com; the CSS Upgrade will not change this.
