Question on blog post time stamp, time zones

    Do time stamps on blog posts remain uniform across time zones? In other words, if a blogger publishes a post at 1:00 AM on January 10 in Japan, and a reader looks at it soon thereafter in Britain where it’s still January 9, will the time stamp for the blog post still read “January 10”?
