Question on Pingback Links when moving to WordPress.org

This is just a quick question. I am moving from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. I currently have my own domain name which is what my wordpress.com blog points to. I am moving to a hosting service and will be using wordpress.org with the same domain name. I have a lot of pingback links from forms and other bloggers to several of my posts. Will these pingback links remain the same once I export my blog from WordPress.com to WordPress.org? I would hate to lose some of my key traffic locations where people access my blog from.
