Question on pop-ups

I have a question can you add a pop up exit on the website lets
say someone is leaving the site & the pop up exit window appears
can you add that on. Also on the payment plans are you paying by
the month or do you have to pay for the year. -

All our plans are billed annually.
To be able to add a popup, you’ll need a plugin. Those are available on plans Business and above:

Ok I see what you are saying instead of paying lets say
I went with the $25.00 a month plan that means I would
pay $250.00 a year instead of $25.00 a month. On the business
plan what section in word press do you locate the pop-ups.

There is no section for pop-ups as it’s not a built-in feature. You can search for plugins from here, though:

If you need recommendations for a particular plugin, I’d suggest asking the WordPress community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
Most folks in these forums have a free WordPress site hosted here with us, and thus can’t install plugins without upgrading. And since the upgraded sites come with direct support, those users don’t typically hang out here. So you’ll likely find more relevant information if you’ll try the other forum.
