Question on Premium upgrade and whether Premium themes are included in it

  If I upgrade to the WordPress.com Premium package ($166 of upgrades for $99), do I receive access to Premium Themes or are Premium themes still additional charge above the $99

  Premium themes are an additional charge above that. There is a bundle that includes all the premium themes, but I think it’s around $500 a year.
